All rooms are double or twin bedded rooms, we do not operate
any single rooms at all.
Single occupancy in a standard twin or double i.e with
toilet facilities just outside the room £45-£50
Twin or double occupancy as above £55-£60
Single occupancy in an ensuite twin or double £50
Double occupancy as above £65
Family room with full ensuite facilities. 3 people £90,
5 people £125, can be let as a double £70
Discounts are offered for stays of more than 4 nights.
All rates are per room per night and are inclusive of off
street parking, full English breakfast and all taxes and
service charges.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We operate a 5 day cancellation policy, and need at least
5 clear days notice of any cancellation if you wish to
avoid charges to your credit card. Any cancellation not
received within this time frame is subject to 100% of the
charge for each night.
CHECK IN /OUT
The room may be occupied after 2pm on the day of arrival
but you may arrive earlier to deposit luggage and collect
keys. Check out time is 10am latest, and all keys must
be handed to reception on departure.
Please confirm your arrival time one or two days before.
PAYMENT TERMS
No bookings are accepted without credit card details, or
a deposit paid in advance. All major credit cards are
accepted but payment by this method will attract a 5%
surcharge.
Payment can be made by cheque drawn on a UK bank and supported
by a cheque guarantee card subject to the usual limit.
Travellers cheques in Pounds sterling are acceptable, and
of course cash is also accepted.
