All rooms are with full en suite facilities and are twin/double, no single rooms at all.
Single occupancy in a twin/double from £60/65.
Double/twin from £70/75.
Family room as a double from £80, 3 people from £100, 5 people maximum from £150.
All rates include breakfast.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The first night of any reservation payment is taken in full, in advance and this is non refundable. All cancellations must be in writing in order to avoid confusion. if your reservation is cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival the 1sta night will be charged at the full rate . If cancelled later or in the event of no show, the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
CHECK IN /OUT
The room may be occupied after 2pm on the day of arrival
but you may arrive earlier to deposit luggage and collect
keys. Check out time is 10am latest, and all keys must
be handed to reception on departure.
Please confirm your arrival time one or two days before.
PAYMENT TERMS
No bookings are accepted without credit card details, or
a deposit paid in advance. All major credit cards are
accepted but payment by this method will attract a 5%
surcharge.
Payment can be made by cheque drawn on a UK bank and supported
by a cheque guarantee card subject to the usual limit.
Travellers cheques in Pounds sterling are acceptable, and
of course cash is also accepted.
